Council members Ginny Foat and Rick Hutcheson have been charged with creating a sub-committee to create a strong business retention and expansion program for the City of Palm Springs.
Executive Director Tamara Stevens has been participating on this sub-committee. Work is underway and as of October, 2009 over 150 businesses have been contacted.
Additionally, PSEDC is in the process of working with local commercial real estate brokers and the City to initiate an Office Solicitation Program tarketing members of the California Society of Association Executives.
