Council members Ginny Foat and Rick Hutcheson have been charged with creating a sub-committee to create a strong business retention and expansion program for the City of Palm Springs.
PSEDC President Ed Torres and Executive Director Tamara Stevens are participating on this sub-committee. Work is underway in creating a final plan which should be implemented in April of 2008.
